THE LADY WHO FLIES Julia Della putta
We are pleased to share the presentation of the book "The Lady who Flies" by Julia della Putta
She is the author, she learned to fly at the Friulano Aeroclub, where she obtained her first flight licenses, still a minor, in 1984.
From here began a long career that led her to be one of the first female pilots of an Italian airline.
In nearly four decades of flying she has flown many types of aircraft and traveled around the world, since 2000 with the rank of Commander.
Her book tells about flight and life episodes lived in Tanzania in 1991 when she, as a young pilot, was looking for her way in the world of flying.
